Upon completing the course, students will be able to:
• evaluate critically ill patients based on clinical examination, nursing history, and laboratory
examinations
• design standard care protocols
• provide integrated nursing care for intensive care unit (ICU) and corornary care unit (CCU)
patients
• manage life support and monitoring devices
• identify and effectively confront current deontological and ethical dilemmas
• cooperate with ICU and CCU therapeutic team
