Learning Outcomes
Upon completing the course, students will be able to:

• recognize the basic moral theories that guide individuals’ ways of behaviour and interactions
within society

• comprehend bioethics terminology and classifications in a manner that enables them to study
ethical issues in a consistent way

• identify the most important clinical moral dilemmas stemming from their duties

• examine each morally problematic case with patience, balancing various moral principles that
need to be observed

• achieve a more universal way of thinking about their future career and their lives in general, with a broad view of every matter, and a disposition for reflective decision-making
